Regan M. Adams has hosted women's empowerment and relationship events for over 10 years through her event planning company All Things Regan. Some of these events has included vision board parties. While hosting these events, she saw single women had marriage on their board more often than not. She also saw that their everyday lives weren't aligned with what they were putting on their boards. She discovered there was a need for a more relationship focused vision board.
Regan also has personal experience with building her own man. She casted a vision of sorts for the man she wanted before she was married. A few years later, she met and married the exact man she casted the vision for. The Build-A-Man Workshop is her personal story about building her "perfect man." She figured she would share her story and life hacks and help you build your pefect man from the inside out.
"If you've ever constructed a vision board for your goals and they came true...what do you think will happen when you construct your perfect man? It can be done. I know this because I've done it and married the man I built.
